Based in South London, Sam Royston is a commercial advertising photographer capturing still life and sports imagery.
With a strong eye for detail and a considered, methodical approach to lighting Sam crafts imagery that is clean, polished and graphic. His work has its roots track side, capturing downhill mountain biking and that initial love of high intensity sport has since moved into the studio, still working with athletes and creating dynamic, explosive imagery for brands.
In contrast, Sam’s still life work is where he explores lighting, slowing down and taking time to craft the scene and sculpt the light to suit the needs project at hand.
